Recruitment Requirements

In order for a security officer to be employed at Invicta Security Solutions, the following minimum requirements must be met:

Confirmation of identification.

Original copies of all school certificates, and a high level of literacy.

All staff must be PSIRA registered, with a minimum training level of Grade C.

Grade 12

A full employment history must be made available.

No criminal record, which has to be cleared through IDECO.

All staff must also obtain a minimum of 80% on the company aptitude test.

All staff must pass full security checks every time they arrive on site.

All staff must be bilingual and communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans.

Staff Training

Once employed by Invicta Security Solutions, all staff members are required to undergo induction training.

All of our employees also receive ongoing training on site, to ensure that our practices are kept up to date.

Seesa training courses are mandatory for security officers.

Management, security officers, and all other employees also receive training when new business is secured, so that our services match the needs of each specific client perfectly.

Invicta Security Solutions also encourages all employees to continue to take part in enriching training courses in all aspects of their work, to make sure that our services remain of the highest standards.

Accreditations

Invicta Security Solutions is fully compliant with all legal requirements, and we strive to obtain the highest accreditations in the industry, to ensure that our service remains of top quality. All of our staff are PSIRA registered. Invicta Security Solutions is also fully accredited as a Grade A Security Service Provider, as stipulated in the Private Security Industry Regulatory Act of 2001.

Our CEO, Arnou Oberholzer, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, and with nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry, he makes sure that any situation can be solved quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Furthermore, Arnou has completed high-level training while working for the special forces unit in the South African Police Service, including weapons training for dangerous situations as well as operational planning, meaning that he can react quickly no matter the circumstances.
